• full length and width of your vessel
• Emergency Contact information
• Insurance information (including: name of agency and agent, agency Phone Number, Insurance EXPIRATION date, as well as picture of your insurance card to upload)
Please fill form out completely -
- We will send you an invoice via email upon receipt of completed form. You will be able to pay the invoice online with a credit/debit card. You will also be able to pay via cash or check, in person, or via mail.
- Kindly remember October 15th is the deadline to secure your slip for the following summer moorage. March 15th payment is due in full.
- This year we are requiring a $200.00 deposit to secure your winter storage/moorage, and is due by July 31st. October 15th winter storage/moorage payment is due in full.
